Eligibility: 'Academic Scholarships are based upon academic qualifications.' Page does not state the word 'automatic' for this grid (the Quest award is the one described as automatically awarded).

Renewal: Renewal GPA varies by tier: Tier 1 renew at 3.00; Tier 2 at 2.75; Tier 3 at 2.50; Tiers 4-5 at 2.00.

Eligibility: Eligible students automatically awarded upon admission; consideration for 1 of 15 full-tuition Quest Scholarships requires securing a nomination and submitting a Quest Essay. NCAA athletic scholarship recipients are NOT eligible for Quest.

Renewal: Renewal criteria live on a separate Quest guidelines page (not opened); page notes all scholarships/promotions are reviewed annually and terms may change year to year.

Other terms: The page says eligible students are 'automatically awarded a Quest Whole Leader Scholarship upon admission' but does not publish the stat criteria or base amounts, so automaticOnStats is false (no published stat grid).

Ask before you decide

  1. Which entering-year policy and residency category apply to us? What are the admission and scholarship deadlines?
  2. What grades and credits are required to renew, and for how many terms?
  3. How would other school awards or outside scholarships change the offer?

Recorded stacking policy: ORU's On Campus Need Grant is reduced when a student receives additional gift aid, including certain outside scholarships, with no stated cost cap; merit awards are not documented as being reduced the same way.
