Fill out the intake form
Roughly 15 to 20 minutes if you have your student’s academic information handy. The form asks about academics (GPA, test scores, class rank), activities and leadership, heritage and faith background, intended major, geographic preferences, target schools, and family financial context. Every field has a purpose. The intake autosaves, so you can step away and come back without losing progress.
We research and write
A multi-model AI research pass surfaces scholarship candidates, stacking-rule references, and institutional merit tiers. A human analyst verifies every claim against the source, kills anything the AI got wrong, and writes the actual strategy document. Every playbook contains the same five components. The depth of each section depends on the student’s profile and the size of the target school list, but every playbook ships with all five.
- Ranked scholarship list.Specific to your student’s profile, with award amounts, deadlines, application requirements, and a verdict on each one.
- School-by-school stacking analysis. For every school on your target list, we identify which outside scholarships will reduce institutional aid at that school and which will add dollar-for-dollar.
- Pursue / conditional / drop recommendations. Every scholarship gets a verdict. Skip the ones that aren’t worth the time.
- Deadline calendar. Application order and timing for the awards that survive the cut.
- Realistic aid range estimates. Floor, mid, and ceiling for institutional aid at each school based on published merit thresholds and stacking rules.
Common questions
What happens if I don’t finish the intake in one sitting? The intake autosaves automatically every few seconds. Close the tab, come back tomorrow, your progress is still there.
What if my student’s profile changes after you deliver? Minor updates within 30 days are free. New test scores, a new target school added to the list, a major change in financial circumstances, contact usand we’ll update the relevant sections.
