  1. Nearly every institutional award — including the GPA-grid academic scholarships and the 'automatic' local-county awards — uses the EUAFA as its application. No EUAFA on file, no institutional scholarship.

  2. The page is explicit: Valedictorian recipients 'are not eligible to receive the Zenith, Pinnacle, Apex, Peak, Crown, Summit, Crest, Academic or Achiever Scholarships.' You get the $9,000 OR the grid award, not both.

  3. Founders, Pentecostal Heritage, and Legacy are capped — in combination with other scholarships/grants they 'cannot exceed the cost of tuition and residence charges' and 'will be adjusted accordingly.' EUI and Graphic Design are capped at tuition; none are redeemable for cash.

  4. 'All grants, scholarships and loans singularly or in combination cannot exceed a students' cost of attendance,' as determined by the financial aid office.

  5. 'All academic scholarships are limited to tuition charges only and may not be used to cover other charges' for student athletes combining academic and athletic aid.

  6. Church contributions must arrive by May 15 (fall/spring or fall-only) or October 15 (spring-only); 'Contributions received after the deadline may not be fully matched,' and gifts under $500 are not matched at all.

  7. Multiple awards (Valedictorian, Founders, Fine Arts, Church Matching, Pentecostal Heritage, Legacy) are 'not available during the summer semester.'

    EU Impact Scholarship: March 15. Graphic Design Scholarship: application by December 1 of the senior year (the page also shows a 2024-25 extension to May 1, 2024). Church Matching contribution checks: May 15 (fall/spring) or October 15 (spring-only). The GPA-grid academic scholarships have no published deadline beyond filing the EUAFA.

  • Is the academic merit scholarship automatic?

    Amounts are set by a published GPA grid ($1,000-$6,000), but you must file the Emmanuel University Application for Financial Aid (EUAFA) — the page calls it 'the application to apply for an Emmanuel University Academic Scholarship.' It is filed once and remains on file.

  • How do scholarships renew?
