No general institutional rule was found describing how third-party PRIVATE outside scholarships displace Juniata merit aid. The one explicit displacement rule on official pages is for the PA State Grant: Juniata reduces its own grant/scholarship aid by an amount equal to the value of the state grant where it has recognized financial need consistent with institutional practice.
