Separately, the school's own award-stacking rules: OC marks the Kingdom Way Award as 'stackable.' Athletic scholarships may NOT stack with additional institutional scholarships (traditional academic and transfer scholarships excepted). Athletics: 'Additional institutional scholarships may not be eligible to be stacked with athletic scholarships (this does not include traditional academic and transfer scholarships).' OC Grant: 'Based on Need - reduced as additional aid is added.' Heritage Guarantee and Sister School are package guarantees assembled from/inclusive of OC aid rather than pure add-ons. The academic merit grid is automatic from the OC application — no separate application or posted deadline. Church Match Scholarship and Sister School Discount forms are due August 1. National Merit awards are set in the spring of senior year by the National Merit Corporation.
