The starting point

Stillman considers every admitted student for a GPA-tiered merit award (up to $10,000 at 3.8+) with no extra application — but the dollars are explicitly limited and not guaranteed, apply only to tuition and on-campus housing, and the catalog caps all academic scholarships at full tuition and fees.

Eligibility: Incoming freshmen and transfer students; no internal application needed; eligibility determined from SAT/ACT score and GPA (no test cutoffs published); award not guaranteed — scholarship dollars are limited.

Other terms: Award applies to tuition and on-campus housing only. The college catalog calls the 3.8-4.0 tier 'The Golden Ticket Scholarship' — naming conflict flagged in Section C.

Ask before you decide

  1. Which entering-year policy and residency category apply to us? What are the admission and scholarship deadlines?
  2. What grades and credits are required to renew, and for how many terms?
  3. How would other school awards or outside scholarships change the offer?

Recorded stacking policy: Outside scholarships only trigger an aid adjustment if total aid would exceed the cost of attendance (or the student's aid eligibility cap); below that ceiling, awards are not displaced.
