Renewal risk profile

Sagrado's published renewal rules cluster around a 3.0 floor with no major-GPA gating, which is survivable for the typical freshman with steady study habits. The risk is non-renewal due to enrollment status (dropping below full-time), not GPA.

Renewal questions families ask

Is any merit award automatic?
Yes — Sagrado Pre-Achievers: a $600 credit to tuition for new high-school admits with a 3.50+ GPA, a 3,500+ admission index, and at least 14 enrolled credits. No application needed.
What does Sagrado cost in 2026-27?
Published 2026-2027 full-time undergraduate cost-of-study budgets: $21,630/year living with parents, $24,630/year living on campus, $32,430/year independent (each includes tuition $2,760/semester, fees $955/semester, food, housing, books, transportation, and personal expenses).
What is Sagrado Achievers?
An honor-and-persistence incentive: undergraduates in the regular modality who keep a 14+ credit load receive economic support, awarded at the start of the following semester once requirements are verified. Graduate and accelerated students are excluded; the dollar value is not published in page text.

How Sagrado compares across our verified dataset

  • 665 of 749 verified schools publish at least one four-year renewable merit award.

Sagrado is one of them. The cohort minority (84 schools) only awards one-year scholarships, which means the four-year value families assume on a brochure quote isn't guaranteed at every school.
