The SAP page warns that 'some Valpo scholarships will normally require a higher cumulative GPA for renewal' — e.g., Guild scholarships require a 2.75 GPA, and the Guild awards also lapse if the relative's Guild membership lapses. Ask the aid office for the renewal GPA on each specific award.
