The 'automatically renews' language on the merit-scholarships page carries a footnote that credit-hour and GPA requirements apply.
The top three levels require BOTH the test score AND the class rank (e.g., President's = ACT 30/SAT 1360 AND top 5%); only the $1,500 Academic Level is an 'OR' (22/1100 OR top 25%).
'Students are only eligible for one merit level' — you get the highest level you qualify for, nothing more.
'No awards will be made until this information is submitted' — the transcript must show class rank and ACT/SAT scores.
Both freshman pages state scholarships are awarded 'based on availability of funds' and the out-of-state page adds they are 'competitive' — apply by the Dec. 1 early action date for the best odds (awards made no later than May 1 for on-time applicants).
